vicky hmm, if your primary workspace is Windows 11 and your only reason for using macOS is to run Merlin Project, you absolutely do not need to buy an expensive, current-generation Mac. A refurbished machine is the smartest investment here. Just pay attention it runs the current macOS version (Tahoe) or at least Sequoia which makes sure your Merlin Project environment will stay supported for years to come.
