this is correct, Attachments and Work Breakdown are different View Types, each containing their own column fields, column sets. Work Breakdown view offers existing attachment fields as outline columns for summing up costs from attachments. Using details view on attachments select one or more activity within main view to get their details or selecting the root activity to view all attachments at once.
