Filtering by date

When I export my programme to pdf or report, if I filter incomplete tasks it still shows back to the start (due to the groups), is there a way filter the dates which show in reports?

Terry Hi Terry, I am not sure I understand what it shows and what you need to hide. Would you provide a mockup and point at the elements you don't want to have?

See attached, it’s filtered for incomplete tasks but the gantt goes back to the start of the project due to the groups bars, I would like to show only the date period of this and next month, current till completion, or incomplete tasks excluding groups. (Or all options if possible).

Also, can I hide collapsed groups from the gantt for reporting?

Hi and thank you for the screenshot. You can limit the date range of the Gantt chart thus:

You mean, you want to hide the group rows? You'll need to modify your filter. Right now it 'shows non matching hierarchy'.

You may change the filter to 'Show only matching hierarchy' .
